Tylor Hansen's Book Report on "The Enemy Above"

Name: Tylor Hansen

Title of Book:  THE ENEMY ABOVE

Author: Michael P. Spradlin

What was the problem in the book, and how was it solved? Be specific.
The problem in the book I found was Nazis were coming to take all the jews in Anton’s village.
He needed to get out of that town quickly and quietly.   The problem was solved by him not getting
caught.

What did the title have to do with the book?
The title had to do with the book because there were underground tunnels that the Nazis didn’t
know about.

Tell in your own words how the setting of the story made it more interesting. Be specific.
The setting made it more interesting to me because I wanted Anton to live and hide from the
Germans.  The setting needed to be like that so he could hide ad run from the Nazis.

If one of the characters visited our classroom, what question would you ask them? (Make sure the
question relates to the plot/problem/actions of the story.) *Give the name of the character with the
question!!*
If one of the characters came in this classroom it would be Aton. I would ask him, if he wanted to
take one of the guns a Nazi soldier had and shoot the German soldiers?

Pretend you are a librarian recommending the book to someone. Write a paragraph telling what you
would say.
I would say this book is a great history book. It can teach a lot.  If you like to learn about WW2 then
this book is for you. The main character is a Jew and he tries to escape with his Grandma.

If they made a movie of this book, which scene would be most important to include. Explain the
scene with details and why it's important.
The scene the makers of the movie would need is the scene where they almost get caught because it
shows how still and quiet you need to be to escape from the Nazis.
